VibeSea Information

Every company has bought AI for everyone. Nobody can say who got faster, by how much, at what quality, or what a unit of work now costs. VibeSense answers that question with one number per person, team and department: how much more they finish with AI than the role did before it — read from the systems they already run (GitHub, Zendesk, Salesforce, NetSuite), never a survey. How it works: → Finished? A merged PR, a resolved ticket, a closed deal, a posted invoice — read from the system that records it. → Good? Checked 30 days later. Not reverted, reopened, corrected, denied or churned. A multiplier only counts when quality held. → Cost? People time plus AI spend, per finished unit — signed by finance every month. The result is a 1×–10× ladder that is the same in every role, and a playbook that turns what the 10× people do into everyone else’s next three steps. Product 1 is Software Intelligence: engineers and coding agents on one ladder, cost per merged PR all in, an agent roster with owners, autonomy an agent earns on its own record. Then the same index across support, sales, finance, legal, marketing, recruiting and revenue cycle. Fair play is built in: the person sees their number first, ranking is by team and role by default, nothing rises on work that came back, metadata only, and every ranking comes with the playbook. Read-only in a day. A number finance signs by week 10. The bar in the contract by day 90. VibeSense is a product of VibeCharge Inc. (Delaware) d/b/a VibeSea
