We benefit from offering colleagues the dual experience of learning good, First Opinion consulting (both vet and specialist nursing clinics), following cases from beginning to end with clients, within a busy hospital environment with Certificate level veterinary support (both in the vet surgeon and vet nurse teams). Our First Opinion boasts an ISFM Gold Standard cat clinic & cattery, high surgical standards (as you'd expect from University), extensive in-house laboratory and a dedicated IM3 Dental Suite with all the kit, led by our very own Dental RVN. Our Hospital supports Referral, overnight hospitalisation and OOH support for 13 Vets4Pets practices (as well as many Animal Charities) in the area, resulting in busy OOH night shifts, a large and interesting case-load for both the day and night clinical teams. With almost 60% of our pets Insured and/or on Healthcare Plans, we have a really engaged client-base who expect everything to be worked up thoroughly and extensively, be it a vomiting cat or itchy-eared dog. If you're into jabbing animals with steroids and antibiotics and 'see how it gets on', this isn't the practice for you! Team communication, admin support and in-house training CPD are at the forefront of what we do, reflected in the fact that we have 66 colleagues currently in our practice supporting 11 vets. That ratio of both clinical to administrative/finance support is also reflected in our 2:1 qualified RVN to vet working ratio at any one shift.

Vet-Sec Protection Agency was founded by Chad Benham, William Brandon, and Ennio Canziani in May of 1994. All three served proudly together in the U.S. Army as Military Policemen stationed at Schofield Barracks, HI in the late 1980's thru the early 1990's. Vet-Sec Protection Agency offers numerous services to fit every clients needs. From mobile patrol service to a more traditional standing Officer onsite we have a solution for you! Vet-Sec Protection Agency recognizes that communication is critical between the client and service provider, as a result we have invested in a National Dispatch Center. The Center supports all branches by utilizing the latest technology as well as serving as a 24/7 communication center for our Officers and Clients. Our cutting edge technology has positioned us as a key player in the Alarm Response industry as we are able to service clients across the United States.
