VetCEE is an independent entity which guarantees the quality of continuing professional development (CPD) and facilitates CPD recognition across Europe. VetCEE has established minimum standards for the accreditation of any kind of veterinary CPD activity or e-learning material that fulfils the expected quality requirements. VetCEE closely collaborates with the Veterinary Statutory Bodies or National Competent Authorities and all stakeholders of the veterinary profession. VetCEE was founded jointly by different European organisations representing academia EAEVE, the veterinary profession FVE/UEVP and the veterinary specialists EBVS. Current members are EAEVE and EBVS with membership open to veterinary competent authorities from countries in geographical Europe starting in 2025.
