Vetasi incorporated its South African subsidiary in 2009, following this success, we launched a new division in 2013 to cover Central and Eastern Europe, based in Poland. This led to the launch of the Spanish office in September 2017 and during 2018 we opened offices in Botswana to support our work in the mining industry. Finally, in 2019 we extended our Planon business into Australia. Leveraging AWS to provide the most resilient Cloud managed service for our clients, we take the headache away from the CIO. In 2022, Vetasi was acquired by Cohesive, a world-class digital engineering systems integrator and consultancy, wholly owned by Bentley Systems Incorporated.
