We are an enthusiastic team of professionals, who are united by a common purpose – to design and build homes in line with modern concept of sustainability, which are particularly tailored for healthy and comfortable living. While consulting leading Real Estate companies in the Baltic region on a sustainable building development and following global building trends we saw a need for high-quality houses in Lithuania. Thus, having the required competence and resources, we decided to offer our clients sustainable (green) homes which are designed and built according to the highest international sustainability and energy efficiency standards. We create VESTA HOUSE under a holistic approach, i.e. at the same time we make sure that they are healthy, comfortable, durable, energy-efficient homes, leaving a very small environmental footprint and consume Earth’s resources responsibly throughout the building’s life cycle: from siting to design, construction, operation and disposal.
