Vesper Vineyards Information

Vesper is about San Diego vineyards and the people farming them. Alysha and I seek to produce the highest quality wines that create a memorable sense of San Diego. To do so we start with the highest quality of grapes and bottle each lot of wine from a single vineyard source. Many of the vineyards we are working with have been planted by replacing more water intensive crops. It's our goal to keep farming alive in this county and by only sourcing San Diego fruit we hope to inspire the growth of sustainable local farming. Our goal in the winemaking process is to allow the grapes to express their unique vintage and vineyard by caring for the fruit and being as hands off as possible. We strive to respect and capture the individual vineyard characteristics of the fruit in each bottle.
