The ability to read and structure data provides a multitude of opportunities. When data is structured, it eases the process of negotiation resulting in better prices and a competitive advantage. Based on contract prices and or cost-plus agreements, the structured data is held against the agreement between supplier and costomer. Any errors that may exist will be documented and form the basis when crediting the supplier. Verum negotiates prices with the supplier based on our market data (other customers and existing data). Verum handles the communication with suppliers and negotiates better prices. Everything happens with continuous acceptance from the customer. A report is prepared for the customer, which provides an overview of savings as well as insight into the customer’s business. The presentation of data can be customized according to needs and wishes. The report is designed as an interactive dashboard. It doesn’t take much to get started using Verum’s technology. All we require are forwarding of invoices and any agreements made with suppliers.
