Vertiflite, Inc. is a privately held business, the core of which is helicopter maintenance and painting. However, we have diversified, somewhat, into other service lines such as non-destructive testing and field support. Incorporated in 1973, we became Bell certified almost immediately, and Eurocopter certified in 1981. We added McDonald-Douglas and Schweizer to our repair station in 1986. We are the oldest surviving Bell Customer Service Facility in the Mid South.
