Vertical Therapy is an in-home, intensive activity-based & exercise therapy company specializing in assisting people with all types of paralysis to meet and exceed their therapy goals. Exercise Therapy is the merging of personal training & physical therapy principals combining aspects and fundamentals from medical based therapies, sports rehab & fitness training. These modalities include a wide range of therapy aspects from range of motion (ROM) and functional electrical stimulation (FES), to developmental exercises, gait training & Neuromuscular re-education. Regardless of someone’s paralysis, why would anyone not want to improve their health, become more independent and regain the ability to do the things they used to do? We’ve been proud to help countless individuals impacted by paralysis due to injury, illness or other diagnosis in the Greater Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma & Everett areas. We know that many needing ongoing exercise therapy have limited means to travel to centralized facilities, and Vertical Therapy bridges that gap.
