Through its in house system of vertically integrated manufacturing it is able to develop innovative products while controlling quality, costs and timely delivery of retail ready production. Headquartered in Miami, Florida with near shore production facilities in the Dominican Republic, Vertical Textiles offers its clients duty free access to the United States and Europe via DR-CAFTA and EPA. Speed to Market Our production facilities in the Dominican Republic are strategically located less than 800 miles away from the U.S. and less than 3 days away via ocean transit. This enables Vertical Textiles to offer just in time delivery of your orders. Knitting Our knitting facilities are equipped with circular knitting machines made from the most trusted manufacturers. We are able to knit various fabrications such as: Jersey, Rib, Pique, Thermal, French Terry, Fleece, Terry, and other novelty knits. Dyeing and Finishing Our piece dying & finishing facility features a full color lab and sample jet to develop your colors for every season. The mill can produce tubular & open width production for maximum efficiency and is equipped with compacting, napping, and brushing to enhance the quality & character of the fabric. Cutting Our cutting division includes a wide range of table widths & lengths for optimum efficiency in the cutting process. The cutting division utilizes the Gerber system for ease of communication between production, design, & precision in pattern & marker development. Sewing Our sewing factories are organized in the lean modular system where production is a team effort. Teams are assembled to produce a finished product which ensures quality & timely delivery.
