In 2006 Vertical Dance produced the first pole fitness work out series of instructional DVDs for the home exercise market. We have sold thousands of DVDs all over the world, with many schools and instructors using our methods of instruction. Check out or online shop to purchase them. Vertical Dance is always moving with the times, with updates on new training, to advances in on line instruction.
