Vermeer Thermex International designs, manufactures and supplies the Thermex Thermal Maintenance System for all kind of piping, vessels and tanks maintaining the required process temperature enabling melt-out requirements. Thermex bolt on jacketing system which is a process guaranteed and economical alternative for full jacketed piping, vessels, tanks valves and in-line components. Many process such as liquid sulphur handling, polymers, bitumen, delayed coking require thermal maintenance. Without thermal maintenance the fluids will become viscous or even solidify. Gas can condensate and cause corrosion issues without thermal maintenance in piping and vessels. Why is Thermex more economical? The Thermex Themal Maintenance System allow you to design you process piping to the normal specifications, one stress analysis instead of three, no oversized flanges, less expansion loops, less steam traps, lot less welding compared to full jacketed tracing.
