Based out of Bismarck North Dakota, we have direct access to and relationships with many state level regulatory bodies including the Industrial Commission, Department of Trust Lands, Secretary of State, and the State Water Commission, as well as many local attorneys working in the Oil and Gas industry. Many of our field landmen are strategically located within the heart of Williston Basin, in western North Dakota. Also we have a complete title operations plant in our Bismarck office capable of accessing all County records, thus reducing travel time for our landmen and reducing the overall expenses for our clients.
