Veridian is building the trust layer for the internet — verifiable identity for organisations, people, and AI agents. Founded in Zug, Switzerland as a spin-out of the Cardano Foundation, Veridian is the largest product-focused company in the KERI/ACDC ecosystem. Our platform is built on open standards (KERI, ACDC, CESR — Trust over IP / Linux Foundation) and delivers cryptographic verifiability without central registries, blockchains as trust anchors, or systems that phone home: privacy by architecture, not by policy. What we do: Organisational identity & vLEI — issuance of verifiable Legal Entity Identifier credentials, and the Veridian QVI Suite for LEI issuers, corporate service providers, and platforms entering the vLEI ecosystem. Veridian is on the pathway to becoming a GLEIF-accredited Qualified vLEI Issuer. Veridian Wallet — open-source identity wallet with secure enclave key management, biometric smart card support, and fully offline verification. Verifiable AI — cryptographic attribution and accountability for AI agents, so organisations can prove who (or what) acted, and on whose authority. Government & SEDI — state-endorsed digital identity infrastructure where the state endorses identity but can never surveil through it, including digital guardianship and zero-PII age verification.
