Verdispar International (LLC) Information

Verdispar International (LLC) is a leading property developer and project management organization, established in 2007 by Verdispar Holding AS, an investment management firm headquartered in Oslo. Until the divestment of the firm in 2010, the company had successfully established four project management offices with more than 30 employees based in the Baltics (Vilnius), in CE (Bratislava) and in SEE (Zagreb and Banja Luka). In 2010 the company was sold and became an integral part of Emerging Europe Land Development LLC (EELD), a real estate investment company established by Verdispar International in 2008. EELD was then one of the company’s major clients with more than 700 shareholders based in Norway and Sweden. The equity base exceeded more than 1 billion NOK. The company has a major focus on the real estate markets of Southeast Europe. It controls a land portfolio of more than 2,5 million square meters. The Company provides institutional property investors, real estate developers and construction companies with two major opportunities respectively: • Property investments (fully developed commercial projects) • Property development projects (normally “ready to build”). The Croatian organization has been certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The company was one of the founders of Green Building Council of Croatia.
