Verdis was established in 2004 with the mission to provide sophisticated investment solutions to institutional investors and select private clients. We have assembled a team of experienced private equity investors and operational executives to create and manage complex investment portfolios for investors lacking the scale and resources to implement real assets programs on their own. Early in Verdis' history, we worked closely with Chief Investment Officers from well-known endowments and foundations for insight, recommendations and references for incorporating best-in-class practices for manager selection, investment and operational due diligence, portfolio construction and ongoing monitoring. Their influence and insight shaped our beliefs, investment strategies, philosophies and processes, and they continue to be important members of our investment network.
