Veracity Valuation, LLC is a full service real property valuation and consulting firm located in Overland Park, Kansas. All assignments are completed or reviewed by an MAI designated appraiser. While our primary markets are Kansas and Missouri, we have completed assignments throughout the United States and hold permanent certifications in 11 different states. Troy Smith, MAI (Principal) has been performing appraisal and consultation since 1992. His valuation experience includes expert witness testimony and valuation of multifamily, retail, office lodging facilities, industrial, commercial and residential properties. Mr. Smith has performed appraisal services for new loans, refinancing, ad valorem tax issues, condemnation, litigation support, estate planning, acquisitions, development and construction.
