I began Venue First Consultants to be different and to fill a very specific need in the venue management industry – the need to show venue owners what exactly it means to privatize and help demystify it. Once that occurs, the process of privatizing can begin. Therefore, we are primarily focused on educating, advising, and guiding owners of public assembly facilities on the benefits of privatizing their venue. My approach is very simple. Walk before you run. The goal is to help understand what it means to privatize and arrive together at the very best solution for your individual situation. The decision to hand management of your venue is no easy decision. In fact, it is sometimes the biggest decision you can make. My team’s unparalleled experience and industry knowledge enables us to provide you, the venue owner, with unbiased information that will allow you to make an educated decision, putting your venue FIRST. Venue First Consultant is primarily focused on strategic advisory services related to venue privatization. We will work in tandem with your purchasing/procurement organization on every aspect of the RFQ/RFP process as well as providing contract administrator services once a management company is hired. In addition, we have deep experience in advising clients in the negotiation or renegotiation of major vendor agreements such as management, food services, sponsorships, ticketing, and others.
