Venturex Resources Limited is a resources company based in Perth, Western Australia, and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX Code: VXR). Venturex aims to deliver superior value to its shareholders by expanding the cash flow from its existing partnership with Blackrock on their SX/EW plant at Whim Creek and identifying near term production opportunities at its two advanced copper zinc Projects located close to Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia that can be achieved in today's market. The ultimate aim is to become a significant copper-zinc producer through the development of its green-fields Sulphur Springs Copper Zinc Project. Venturex negotiated an extension of the access agreement with private company Blackrock Metals to operate their SXEW plant to recover 1400 tonnes of copper metal per annum from the residual heap leach dumps at Whim Creek until the end of 2018 . Under the revised contract Venturex's free carried net profit interest increased from 15% to 30% in 2016 and then to 49% from 2017 onwards.
