Venture Out Business Center is designed to help new or expanding businesses through critical stages. As a non-profit organization, we are able to help small businesses develop more financially sound than if they were on their own, by offering office & warehouse space below market value. This provides a stepping stone between the home office & purchasing property. We know that obtaining the necessary tools to run a business is the key to becoming and remaining successful in your endeavors. We offer advisory through the Small Business Development Center to help you write a business plan, organize your finances, prioritize your goals and more. In addition to office space, we offer conference rooms, classrooms and warehousing, giving you the perfect facility to operate your business successfully. We also have a large assembly hall available to rent for business or social events. Our commercial kitchen is the perfect incubator for those in starting in the food industry. With over 5,000 square feet available, your business can quickly grow from selling regionally to nationally! It's shared-use, USDA Certified, with shipping/receiving and storage available.
