VentEko JSC. Information

VentEko is one of the leading companies in Baltic States providing a wide range of environmental engineering services and consultations. We provide services in the following fields: • Geoecological (LIF)* and Geotechnical Investigations, • Hydrogeological Survey, Geological Survey, Mineral Deposit Evaluation • Soil, Surface Water and Groundwater Remediation • Elimination of Hydrocarbon Leakages and Spills • Hazardous and Industrial Waste Management • Environmental an Technical due diligence • Environmental Protection and Management • Environmental Impact Assessment *Laser-induced Fluorescence (LIF) is a method for real-time, in-situ, field screening of hydrocarbons in undisturbed subsurface soils and groundwater. The technology is intended to provide highly detailed, qualitative to semiquantitative information about the distribution of subsurface petroleum contamination. LIF sensors are deployed as part of integrated mobile cone penetrometer (CPT) systems that are operated by highly trained experienced technicians familiar with the technology and its application. LIF can detect gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuels, fuel oil, motor oil, grease, and coal tar in the subsurface. This screening data can be used to guide an investigation or removal action or to delineate the boundaries of a subsurface contamination plume prior to installing monitoring wells or taking soil samples. VentEko, Ltd currently is available LIF system UVOST® by Dakota Technologies, Inc.
