Venetz Aerospace was founded to power the drone revolution through high quality, safe and certified technology. As a funded startup, we’re accelerating the future of UAS innovation with a team of industry leading experts, innovators and entrepreneurs at the helm. Industry challenge: An inability to meet regulatory airworthiness requirements is one of the key threats to the growth of the commercial drone industry, especially for higher risk category use cases like large UAS operations over densely populated areas. Our solution: Venetz Aerospace is dedicated to addressing this challenge head on by designing and producing UAS propulsion systems that are certified by National Aviation Authorities under the same regulatory process as manned aircraft engines (Part 21 Type Certification), providing solutions to the UAS industry that meet the highest levels of airworthiness. Being a UK based design and production organisation, we are already working with the UK CAA to take our first electric motors, ESCs and propellers through the Type Certification process. We will soon be releasing pre-certification versions of these products which will comply with SORA requirements right through to SAIL 6, as well as the upcoming FAA Part 108 BVLOS requirements for UAS under 600kg.
