Velara Information

Velara takes on the digital business of established brands and run it end to end. We work through exclusive agreements with a select portfolio of brands. Under those agreements we don't advise, audit or consult: we become the operator of the channel and we own the outcome. Storefront, paid media, CRM, merchandising, pricing, logistics, customer service and technology — all of it sits with us. For a brand, that changes the economics. The cost of running digital in-house becomes variable, the execution risk moves to us, and the channel starts generating margin instead of consuming attention. Two things make the model work. The first is the team. We've spent decades building, scaling and operating digital businesses in this industry, and we've made most of the expensive mistakes already. That experience is what tells us where a brand's digital channel is actually leaking value, usually within the first weeks. The second is our own technology. Velara was built AI-native from day one, not retrofitted later. Our internal platform handles the operational work that normally eats a team alive — catalog, planning, analytics, budget, order orchestration — so our people spend their time on decisions rather than execution. And because we operate several brands on the same stack, what we learn in one compounds across all of them. If you own an established brand, or hold its distribution rights in a region, and your digital channel isn't performing the way the rest of the business does, that's the conversation we're built for.
