We are a Group of Practitioners with "Hands-on"​ Production and Management Experience in implementing Lean, Kaizen, Theory of Constraints, Lean Construction, Total Employee Involvement, WCM in India, and overseas specializing in world renowned production techniques such as JIT / SMED / Poka Yoke / KANBAN / TPM/One Piece Flow. We thus provide an all encompassing as well as an enriching Management Promotion Experience to all our clients.
