vedge snacks Information

We all know veg are great for us. Packed with a wide range of nutrients, they’re an everyday superfood we should probably all eat more of. But they're often dull! And unlike fruit, they’re not exactly handy… So vedge bars make it easy to fit more into your day. All our bars contain at least one of your five a day from veg. And we combine them with a range of natural flavourings like herbs, spices and even fruit, to help them taste great. Made from dried whole veg, they’re naturally high in fibre (the only macronutrient we don’t eat enough of), plus vitamins and minerals. And there’s no added or even free sugar (and much less sugar overall than similar products), providing high quality nutrition and long-lasting energy. Available in a variety of both familiar and ground-breaking flavours, there’s one for every time, place and taste.
