At VectorGen, our mission is to unlock the full potential of gene therapy by building a next-generation lentiviral delivery system—one designed from the ground up for both safety and effectiveness. Our proprietary “A-Frame” platform represents a quantum leap in gene delivery technology, solving the longstanding challenges of genomic disruption, replication incompetence, and limited payload capacity. We are pioneering a modular, CRISPR-enhanced vector that can selectively target, integrate, and express therapeutic genes with unprecedented precision, including in hard-to-transfect tissues. VectorGen is developing this technology as both a research tool and a therapeutic asset.
