As the Competence Centre for resource efficiency, the VDI ZRE works at the interface between business and science and pools know-how from theory and practice. The VDI ZRE was launched in 2009 as a cooperative project of the Federal Ministry for Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety and the VDI.
