Founded in 2002, VCL Construction is an Eastern Ontario-based general contractor delivering industrial, commercial, recreational, and retail projects across the ICI sector. Our business has grown through long-term client relationships, repeat work, and a practical approach to construction. Through Construction Management, Lump Sum, and Design-Build delivery, we work closely with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain clear communication, resolve challenges early, and keep projects moving. To better support clients operating across Canada, we expanded into Western Canada under the name EWC CANADA. While the operating name changes by region, the leadership, coordination, and standards behind the work remain connected. VCL Construction and EWC Canada operate as one team, bringing continuity, accountability, and practical construction expertise to every project.
