VCG Consulting Group has its origin from Vivekananda Centre for Growth (VCG) which was started by its founder member Jayaram Shetty on 21st September 2000. The dream was to develop Vivekananda Centre For Growth as a “Human Resource Management Polyclinic”. Since then we are fortunate to have worked with various challenging projects such as -Transfer of power from Entrepreneurs to Professional Managers -Setting up Development Centres for Large group of Indian Multinationals -Scaling Up SMEs -Setting up Development Centre Overseas -Conducting HRM Due Diligence & Introducing new Initiatives -Providing comprehensive HRM services for new organizations -Providing HRM Integrating Services for Mergers & Acquisitions Inspired by Swami Vivekananda- “Awake, Arise, Stop not till the goal is reached”, we are determined to grow Global with emphasis on HRM for Organizational Growth.
