The two have come together with the common goal of helping others move and feel better. Along with being MAT Certified Specialist, Michael and Ryan are both Level 1 Crossfit instructors and have blended the two skill sets seamlessly to create Stability CrossFit! SCF is a place where and individual can come for an evaluation or treatment and then exercise under one roof. With the two happening side by side the client or athlete can rest assured that certain movements are safe and others not. This will allow proper mechanics to be reinforced rather than compensation patterns that could lead to injury.
