VaVaZoom is Your Virtual Assistant. In a nutshell this means we handle "admin" for our clients remotely.Sometimes when we tell people we do "admin" they envisage typing and filing. But that’s the tip of a very large iceberg. It would be more precise to say, VaVaZoom provides administrative, creative, web development and website maintenance, marketing and social media, editorial and research assistance, remotely. We do anything a traditional research analyst, editor, marketing assistant, web developer, copywriter, receptionist or PA would do – and more! The difference is we’re not sitting in the desk or office next to you. So tasks are delegated by a simple phone call, fax, email etc. We encourage our clients to outsource tasks to us, leaving them free to spend time on the aspects of the business that matter to them. Or as we like to say, we do the business you have no business doing! One of the key benefits of working with us is that you don’t have to hire staff, pay holiday pay, make KiwiSaver contributions or even purchase another desk and chair.
