Varnell Consulting is an executive coaching and career consulting business. I’m Bill Varnell and I provide executive coaching in the form of private, one-on-one business strategy, operational advice and counseling to CEOs, other “C”-Level Executives, Board Chairs and other P&L-accountable leaders. I help individuals whose primary focus is growing a business (revenue, profits, shareholder value). I can help you if you want to increase your executive leadership abilities and/or visibility. As a deeply and broadly experienced executive coach who has worked with CEOs, COOs, CMOs, Board Chairs and other P&L accountable executives; and a successful CEO and Board leader, myself, experienced in firms ranging from start-ups to $1 billion in annual revenue, my role is often to act as a sounding board, confidant, and trusted advisor.
