VARIS offers a variety of cost containment services (Inpatient DRG, Outpatient APC, Clinical Validation, Readmissions and ER/ED Leveling) for payers resulting in hard dollar recoveries back to the bottom line. VARIS' three-step process encompassing data analytics, human analysis and complex medical record review allows payers to recover maximum dollars on identified overpayments. We work with all types of health plans and payment arrangements that include Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care, Commercial, State Medicaid, ASO, and MSO. Audits are conducted in accordance with client policies and payment methodology application including provider contract provisions. VARIS provides recovery audit services to more than 30 clients representing 35+ million covered lives in over 100 plans.
