VarDragons is a massive multiplayer online (MMO) mobile game using augmented and virtual (AR/VR) technology to “capture” actual airplanes in flight that have revealed themselves as dragons. In-flight tracking data reveals each dragon’s unique features, distinguished by plane model, airline, and other flight features. VarDragons also has a serious benefit to game play. Crowd sourced data collected through game play will supplement and modernize airplane black box technology, enhancing safety and efficiency of commercial aviation around the world!
