Vardera is a computer vision research and engineering company. We train category-specific vision models that turn product photos into structured data: what the item is, what condition it's in, what it's worth, and whether it matches what the seller claims. Most AI products in this space are either apps built for one category or wrappers around a frontier model. Vardera is neither. We build the model layer itself, train it on proprietary datasets, and sell it as infrastructure that marketplaces, retailers, and grading bodies run inside their own workflows. Every new category plugs into the same stack: Identify, Grade, Value, Trust. That gets us accuracy general models don't reach, in one to two seconds per item. We're live in coins, trading cards, and action figures, and running in production grading today. Boston and Rosario. Hiring across research, engineering, and forward-deployed operations. We are a team of computer vision researchers and ML engineers training category-specific models on proprietary datasets. The models get sharper with every item we see. We're based in Boston, and we're hiring.
