Since 1994 VAR d.o.o. continues the toolmaking tradition in Gornja Radgona. Today, more than 85 employees produce dies and parts for the automotive industry. We are specialized in development and production of high-quality progressive dies for cold transforming of sheet metal. This goes hand-in-hand with the serial production of stamped parts, welded parts and assemblies, which represents the core business of the company. We sell more than 95% of our products and services to companies in the European automotive sector. Our products are installed in the cars of leading manufacturers, such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Maserati, Jaguar, Bentley, Volvo and Ford. Our parts are part of body in white, chassis, exterior and interior enclosures, fuel systems and lately also more and more common battery and fuel cell systems. We ensure the quality of development, production and sales of dies and stamped products according to the IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality Standard. As a supplier, we are usually Tier 2 or Tier 2 on the automotive supply chain, but we also have experience with directly supplying to the OEM, being a Tier 1 supplier. We are not only a serial production supplier, but a development supplier, highly component in cold sheet metal transformation and able to support our customers from concept to industrialisation phase of the project.
