Vanpro - Assentos, Ltd. was a company established in January 1994 and it has Adient and Faurecia as members with equal participation. Both the Adient, such as Faurecia, are pioneers in the manufacture of complete seating systems in Just-in-Time, and suppliers to the world's major car manufacturers. With project VW/Autoeuropa, Vanpro was selected for the supply of complete seating system for VW Sharan and VW Alhambra models produced in Autoeuropa and was recognized as being capable of providing a product / service that is distinguished by quality, strict adherence to deadlines delivery and competitive price. Vanpro has closed the plant on 31 March 2026. The closure of operations is due to the evolution of the industrial context in which the company operated, and no further operations are foreseen.
