Our core business is based around Design and Manufacture of customer specific carbon steel and stainless steel adaptions and mounting for all types and brands of valves within the Oil and Gas / Fuel / Water Treatment / Power and Petrochemical industries. We manufacture mounting kits and accessories to suit all brands of valves, actuators and accessories. Our mounting kits are custom designed to ISO standards and are manufactured to suit all valve applications to meet each customers specific requirements. VAE has leading edge automated machine centres and equipment for achieving precise tolerances and high quality precision machining for the manufacture of all valve adaption requirements. With the use of our skilled staff, tools and equipment we produce the bulk of our products in house, enabling an efficient and timely turnaround. We cater for all quarter turn, multi turn and linear applications and all assemblies are function tested prior to packaging and delivery of the final product to our customer.
