Value Shore doo is a company founded in 2016 that offers specialized services in the field of Information Technology to global corporate clients operating primarily in the Oil and Gas industry. Our Service Portfolio deals mainly with the following service domains: - Cloud Hybrid & Remote Infrastructure (CHRIS) - Enterprise Application Management Services (EAMS) - Software Development Services (DEV) The Company focuses on key global Clients and selected SI Partners to deliver steady and predictable services in a cost-effective way. Service delivery is carried out of the Company’s owned, newly built, and fully redundant operations center located in the core metropolitan area of Belgrade (Serbia). Data Center and computing capacity services are rendered from Equinix facilities in Milan – Italy. The delivery model for remote services is based on a selective mix of onshore and nearshore technical and process capabilities to deliver: - Clear and flexible contracts with unit pricing - Integrated governance and service management, - ITIL V3-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes In order to establish the underlying technology layer for transition/setup of services or technology adoption related to Clients, Value Shore offers design, implementation, and integration services for both IT infrastructure and application. Value Shore has the experience and tracks record in transitioning complex real-time IT operation environments for various clients. Our Transition team has been involved in multiple transitions from complex IT operations across the globe and carries defined templates and best practices from each transition. Value Shore has made significant investments in people who understand the statutory and practical implications of such large engagements.
