Originally formed in Scottsdale, AZ, the firm now has offices in the Boston, MA area, the Dallas/Fort Worth area and Phoenix, AZ, with services being provided on a nationwide basis. Mr. Hannon has over 25 years of experience in leading all aspects of the M&A process, and with the planning and execution of complex strategic development projects. He has been directly involved in more than 300 M&A transactions and business development projects. Prior to founding the firm, he served as chief development and M&A officer at 3 high-growth, publicly traded service corporations; including a Fortune 500 Company which grew from generating annual revenues of $54 million to over $5.6 billion during his 8 year tenure.
