VALTI, a manufacturer of seamless precision steel tubes meeting the most exacting standards. The company supplies its products to various industries such as bearings, mechanical, and oil & gas. VALTI offers a comprehensive product range and customised dimensions according to customer requirements. On 1 June 2022, Vallourec Bearing Tubes (now VALTI) left the Vallourec group and has been acquired by Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, a German industrial holding. This has been a major change in the organisation of VALTI, which is now operating independently with its own clients and working towards its own sustainability. Today, VALTI is the second largest player in the European bearing tubes market with around a 25% market share. Mutares and VALTI are working on the strategic positioning of the company and making it a European leader in precision tubes. The company employs 190 people with our headquarters based in Burgundy, France.
