The company is positioned in the Supply Chain and offers customized programs (VALTS) and projects (QERS) focused on "Value Add" to producers, distributors and handlers (LSP's) of electronic products. Furthermore, Forwarding & Logistics, Logistics Solutions and Research & Consultancy are part of the services portfolio. Freight Spend Management is offered in partnership with Iron Data. The management tools we use for our day-to-day activities are: Project Management: "Turnkey" management, supervision and monitoring of the program or project. Comprehensive overview and clear scope for an Assignment or Research; Resource Management: Supply of labour, materials and tools for the production process and the provision of goods and general means; Process Management: Define and implement the overall operational process of programs and projects, suited for both skilled, and unskilled labour; Quality Management: Implementation and application of TQM (Total Quality Management) for the whole process; Facility Management: Provides an appropriate facility depending on the size and nature of the project or program. In most cases this in-house with the customer for VALTS and QERS to avoid unnecessarily dragging (transportation costs, risk of damage/loss) of goods; Logistics Management: Organize all activities for storage and all modes of transportation for incoming and outgoing goods flows.
