Valpo Surf Project (VSP) is a youth mentorship for at-risk and underserved kids aged 8-18 in Valparaíso, Chile. VSP works in the city’s poorest neighborhoods, which are affected by violent crime, drug abuse, and chronic unemployment. Through surfing, academic tutoring, & environmental stewardship we engage, educate, and motivate our kids. We empower our students with the tools to better their own lives and positively impact their communities. Constant mentorship is the glue that unifies all VSP programming.
