Valour Competitors

The Carlton Football Club, established in 1864, is a professional Australian rules football club based at Ikon Park in Carlton North, Melbourne, Victoria. The Club competes in the Australian Football League, and was one of the eight founding members of the competition back in 1897, then known as the Victorian Football Association. Its nickname, the Blues, comes from the navy blue colours that is traditionally worn as its playing uniform. Carlton has historically been one of the AFL's most successful clubs, having won sixteen senior premierships throughout its rich history.

Located at RSEA Park in Moorabbin, St Kilda’s state-of-the-art facility is not only the home to the club's elite footballers, but also to its dedicated administrative staff and coaches. RSEA Park is home to the club’s operations, finance, membership, merchandise, commercial, marketing, communications, community, people and culture and consumer departments. It’s a place where staff strive to be the most professional in the AFL and never settle for anything less than the best standard of work. Our club values creativity, belonging, and performance as we strive to win a second premiership, deliver sustained success and build thriving communities. We understand who we represent and the privileged position we hold as custodians of a football club built on 149 years of history. While on-field performance is the club’s absolute priority, we recognise the important role we play in the community and embrace our responsibility to promote inclusion.
