Valor Bridge Information

The leadership transition program we provide at Valor Bridge was specifically created to address a common need identified across veterans exiting the military after four or more years of service – although there are a great number of veteran support organizations providing invaluable resources, many transition assistance programs do not effectively prepare individuals to transfer their military experience and leadership skills toward a fulfilling civilian career. Additionally, stepping out of a known community like the military and attempting to navigate a path toward a new industry without guidance can be confusing and isolating leaving countless, talented leaders under-utilized. At Valor Bridge we offer veterans in career transition with training, resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities so that they can effectively leverage their military experiences and move into leadership roles within the private sector.
