Join us at all our events for fun for all ages! VALLEYCON COVID-19 UPDATE - ValleyCon 46 is a GO! We're working with the State of ND's COVID Guidelines to bring ValleyCon to you this October! As of right now, we can open ValleyCon with standard precautions and with a move to the last category, everything can be open completely. We will continue to use the health department guidelines and in doing so we also note that people are still going to stores and other places with precautions and that it is July. October is months away. We are freezing applications for vendors, artist alley and authors until we ascertain that we can fit more within our new guidelines. Please contact us at conchairs@valleycon.com BEFORE sending any application! All vendors who have booked or who have a regular, recurring booking with us will be contacted soon to be confirmed. ValleyCon 46 will have more space in the vendors area as well as limited artist alley (with no tables set in the hallway between the conference center and gaming) but with a room devoted to artists and authors. There will be increased ventilation, barriers for registration and guests and distancing. his all means that there will be a little less space in areas and we will cap attendance in those areas when needed. However, we will have overflow areas with video of the big room programs available. It is a work in progress, probably until the event occurs, but we are diligently trying to cover as many bases as possible.
