In 1993, after three decades of growth, the Company began a major expansion phase that put its know-how, expertise and reputation to work in augmenting and diversifying its services through the growth of its markets, together with several acquisitions. The Company then began to develop services, products and solutions for the card segment, identification systems and security printing in 14 Brazilian states.\r\n\r\nThe credibility earned with its clients - major institutions in the financial market, telecommunications and government agencies – solidified the Company’s leadership in the market and made it a benchmark in the quality of its solutions. \r\n\r\nIn 2010, with the change in the shareholding structure, a new name and brand were developed and adopted, representing the Company’s unique value proposition and history.\r\n\r\nThus, Valid was born a young company with decades of experience that allows the Company to offer quality, intelligence and efficiency, from designing solutions in products and services to development and delivery.\r\n\r\nThe new brand alludes to the concept of validation and represents RELIABILITY, an attribute that has been earned over more than half a century of working with its clients and a key idea for the Company’s business that is essential in this new stage of products and services integrated across business units so that, regardless of market changes, new technologies, services and products, the Company is always ready to serve with excellence.
