Valiant Coffee is a community of certifiable coffee nerds who are passionate to explore, create and learn as much as we can in this awesome industry. We pursue knowledge to improve our practice and constantly question the status quo: "Is there a more practical way to do this?" "How can we better communicate & educate this craft to our customers?" "What can we do to help you brew a better cup?" We are not perfect, but we are present and we striving to do things better. We are continually honing and refining our craft and processes. We are continually being shaped by interactions with our coffee partners, humbled by successes and refined by our failures.
