The Undercuts alone provide a higher grip on your handgun of choice (not applicable to all brands). What does a higher grip relate to? Better recoil management by moving the bore axis lower. The first undercut provides this higher grip AND increases your comfort level by 10 fold, no more Glock knuckle or (insert brand) knuckle. The second undercut provides a great indexing point for your support hand. You want to have a consistent grip every time and this definitely aids in that goal. Forward Assists (aka Gas Pedals, Accelerator Cuts, Front Index Points, Blah Blah) provide extra leverage with your support hand to keep that muzzle down and keep that gun flat for a quick follow up shot. There is a plethora of great information out there to help you improve your shooting. Proper grip should be at or near the top of this list. Finger Groove removal.most want it, some dont. It does make the overall size of the frame smaller but not a considerable amount. If the finger grooves fit your hand pretty well, keep them. If not, its gonna feel like a million bucks when theyre gone. There are other frame mod options as well, including the hump removal or molding backstraps to the frame.
