Since 2002, Valerie's Crepes has been serving up made-to-order, delicious food at private events, in fairs, and at retail. Our catering team custom-designs the menu and the show cooking service to make any occasion a success -- including casual and elegant home gatherings, corporate parties, Hollywood sets, and more. Initially conceived in a business plan development course at the University of Michigan, the concept was recipient of the Zell-Lurie Institute's Dare to Dream grant and a winner in several venture capital competitions.
